I think it depends a lot on the girl and what her best feature is. If it's her butt or her hips, I like them standing nude, shot from the front or from the back - straight on. If it's her tits, I like them shot from the front, slightly bent forward. If it's her legs, I like her laying back, with her legs outstretched, possibly up in the air.
